Welcome to Fremont Elementary School

Welcome to John C. Fremont Elementary School, nestled in the foothills of the Crescenta Valley. Originally built in 1926, this traditional calendar elementary school is part of the Glendale Unified School District. It is surrounded by urban single-family homes in the quaint community of Montrose.

ACADEMIC FOCUS: Write on Target

Each student is respected, valued and loved and an enthusiasm for learning is fostered and developed. Student successes are celebrated daily and student needs are addressed immediately. We are committed to providing an optimal learning experience for our youngsters. Teachers and staff have worked diligently to create a learner-centered instructional program that values the special talents of each of our students, while promoting high standards for academic achievement. We invite you to come be a part of our Fremont family.

We have a number of fun events and fundraisers each year to help raise funds for our school. Please make sure to take part in our fundraisers, such as Sally Foster and eScrip.
